Practice Mode Labs, LLC operates Franchise Central. This policy explains what we collect and how you can control it.

What we collect

Your waitlist email address, signup date, referral code and referral connections.
Whether you choose the optional Dynasty Central checkbox.
When invited, sign-in details and authentication data through Supabase.
Product analytics through PostHog, including page visits, the hero variant you see, successful waitlist signups and use of the referral copy buttons. Analytics uses cookies and localStorage when enabled. We do not send form input values to analytics.
The first-party fc_hero cookie, which remembers your hero test variant for 90 days.

How we use it

We use your email to manage the waitlist and contact you about your invite. Referral data and the optional Dynasty Central answer help us apply invite priority. Sign-in data lets invited users access their accounts. Analytics helps us understand which pages and features work and compare the hero variants.

We do not sell your personal data. We use Google Cloud for hosting and application data, Supabase for sign-in only, and PostHog for analytics when enabled. These providers process information to deliver those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and referral data while needed to manage invites, and account data while needed to provide your account. We keep analytics only as needed to understand and improve the product. You can request deletion at any time. Some records may need to remain for legal or security reasons. The hero test cookie expires after 90 days; you can clear cookies and localStorage in your browser.

Your choices and rights

To request a copy or export of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email hello@franchisecentral.gg. We may need to verify that the request is yours. You can also ask us to remove you from the waitlist.

Age restriction

Children under 13 may not use Franchise Central or join the waitlist. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
