These terms apply to your use of Franchise Central, operated by Practice Mode Labs, LLC. By using the service or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The service and waitlist
Franchise Central is a pre-launch product with a waitlist for tracking, media and league tools for offline franchise saves. Features and availability may change. Joining is free, but invites are not guaranteed. Referral priority is not a guarantee of access.
Acceptable use
You must be at least 13 to use the service. Provide accurate signup information. Do not abuse referrals, submit fake signups, impersonate others, upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to use, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access or remove content that violates these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a non-exclusive license to store, copy and process them to provide the service, including extracting stats and creating your franchise media. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your uploads.
AI-generated media
Media is AI-generated and may contain errors or invented details. Review generated stats, stories and audio before relying on or sharing them.
Independent service
Franchise Central is independent and fan-made. It is not affiliated with any game publisher or league.
As-is and liability
The service is provided as-is and as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, accuracy or that the service will meet every need. To the extent permitted by law, Practice Mode Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Practice Mode Labs, LLC is organized, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to hello@franchisecentral.gg.
